Sliver Solar Cells may slash cost of Solar Panels

Researchers at Australian National University say they have invented a new kind of solar cell using “Sliver” technology that could slash the cost of solar panels. They also say that “Solar modules made from SLIVERs can be lightweight, flexible and transparent and offer imaginative opportunities for building integration and other applications”
